This is basically a story of my life. I was an entertainer who traveled all over the world and really loved entertaining. I performed with many of the famous people back in the "old days" of show business. I have had a wonderful time. Many people will be surprised at some of the things I have done in my life.

Few stand by Victoria (Viji) Rangan as she is dubbed a terrorist and shunned by her community. Among the few is her aged pastor, torn between duty and affection. The poor man's cup soon overflows when his young assistant Brother John's fondness for the little "Tiger-kid" sweeps in further disaster. Brutal bloodshed, eerie apparitions and midnight marauders—the peaceful South Indian village of Salempur turns into an abode of fear and insecurity. But in her struggle for survival, Viji rediscovers the sure mercies of God—and a sure friend in Officer Raj.
Dan escapes, treats a minor wound, and returns to the property several hours later. He finds the house and garage empty. With the help of super-hacker Pearl the Girl, Dan gets a description of Weaver's vehicle and learns it left Oklahoma headed toward St. Louis. Dan tracks the van with the idea he will look for Brad and ask why Weaver tried to kill him.

From the moment the Pilgrims set foot on our shores, Satan launched a full-scale onslaught for the very soul of America. But although pagan Enlightenment thinking infiltrated and rationalists tried to displace our Christian foundation, the Lord raised up revivalists to bring America and the world back to Himself.
The author presents compelling evidence in this book that America is a Christian nation, and that because of “trust in God,” this country became the number one world power. But sadly, many have tried to uproot our Christian heritage. As a result, God continues to withdraw His protection and blessings. The author offers biblical proof that only God can restore our economy. Power belongs to God. If we come back to God through fasting, prayer, and restoring Christian values, we will win.
After praying for months on the streets of NYC for revival, and warning New Yorkers to come back to God, the author first witnessed the Occupy Wall Street uprising and then later found her ministry negatively affected by a NY State court decision allowing the NYC Department of Education to ban churches from worshiping in public schools. These events confirmed to her the need for radical corporate prayer to win the (peaceful) spiritual war against Satan. Will you join her in this prayer and fasting movement to bring revolution and awakening to our nation?

A great deal of debate has surrounded the idea of “otherworldly encounters” for some time; however, down through the centuries, many religious groups, such as the ancient Celtics, have had very specific theories and teachings regarding these experiences. The Celtics referred to these encounters as “thin places,” or “otherworldly experiences where ‘close encounters of the spiritual kind’ happen.” In his new book,
Have Faith In The Good, Dr. Herb Thomas attempts to help his readers recognize these experiences and “get in touch with those nearer to The Holy Presence.”
Dr. Thomas believes that, while few may realize it, all have been touched by some form of spiritual encounter, and that it is important that we learn to recognize these beings when they are presented to us. Dr. George B. Wirth, a personal friend of the author and Senior Pastor of the First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta, Georgia, said of Thomas’ book, “This book is beautifully written from the heart and soul… …you will enjoy reading every chapter of this remarkable and inspiring journey.”
Herb Thomas has spent time as a psychiatrist in both the Michigan and Pennsylvania systems, and also as a Park Avenue therapist in New York City. His world travels have taken him to Tuscany, Jerusalem, and other parts of Israel. He currently resides in Ithaca, New York with his wife, Barbara.
“Have Faith In The Good” is available in softcover (ISBN 978-1-60264-382-6), hardcover (ISBN 978-1-60264-425-0), and ebook (ISBN 978-1-60264-449-6) from Virtualbookworm.com, Amazon.com, and Barnesandnoble.com. This book can also be ordered from most bookstores around the United States, Australia and the United Kingdom. More information can be found at the author’s website,
