Janna Gustaffeson is a wildlife artist who comes face-to-face with drug lords after the US Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) asks her to help with an investigation in Judy McGrath’s new novel Finding Cornbread Mesa.   How far must accident-prone Janna go to fulfill her duties to the DEA while still maintaining the role of artist and mother? Can Janna keep her family safe from the drug lords? Or will her thrill for adventure and challenge put her and those she loves in danger?   Author McGrath is a wife, mother, and grandmother, living in the mountains of San Diego County, California. Trained in art, design, and writing, she has taught at public and private schools, gained experience in security, and dabbled in the intricacies of retail. She put in years as a Girl Scout leader, and as a regular volunteer in her rural community. For many years of her life, Judy has been a student of the Lemurian Philosophy.
