In "The Cranky Crow" we return to the adventures of the younger generation of Quigleys. Rory Arbuthnott (a Quigley by another name) has ambitions to be a photojournalist. He has no idea of the dangers that ambition will put him in. Unknowingly, he has attracted the attention of the most powerful remaining fallen archangel, Asmodeus, who wants to use him to bring about Lucifer's downfall. Before the dust settles, Rory heads for Northern Ireland and, again, faces danger. If that weren't enough, he then goes to Vietnam intending to rescue orphans. Throughout these adventures, Asmodeus waits for his chance.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

The author was born in Buffalo, New York. In 1970 she and her family moved to a haunted house in southern New York State. The house became the subject of her first book, Echoes of a Haunting. The experience precipitated a move west to California in 1975 where she worked for the City of Santa Clara until 1990. In December of that year she retired to the central Oregon coastal community of Florence with her mother, Ann. Their dog "Dear" Abby serves as their guardian angel while Miss Kitty supervises everyone.
