You will laugh with her, cry with her, and come to a better understanding of the ups and downs of life with a debilitating disease. Have you been diagnosed with MS or something like it? Or do you know someone who has? Then you must read this book. It will be an encouragement and source of hope for you as you get a glimpse of life that Mary says, "is definitely worth living!"

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Mary Kullberg grew up in Williams Bay, Wisconsin, on beautiful Lake Geneva. Graduating from Bethel College in St. Paul, Minnesota with a B.A. in Elementary Education and a minor in music, she began teaching in Racine, Wisconsin. She taught there for 30 years fulfilling her childhood dream of being a second grade teacher.
In her early 30's Mary was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, but continued teaching and remaining actively involved in her church and community while adjusting her life-style to the unpredictable changes of this disease. When the effects of MS reached a point where she could no longer cope with the demands of full-time teaching Mary made the difficult decision to retire.
Even though Mary is a quadriplegic she continues to be fully involved with life around her, keeping in email contact with her friends, staying involved in her church, being responsible to hiring and scheduling care-givers, attending concerts, shopping, and taking advantage of all that life has to offer around her. This is Mary's first book, written at the request of many friends who wanted to read about her experiences with MS. She hopes it will be an encouragement to all who read it.
